A writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned final answer key dated 30.08.2025 (annexure no.5) issued by the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UPSSSC), insofar as it relates to questions nos. 26,79 and 84 of Booklet series DG3 as being arbitrary, erroneous, and contrary to authoritative academic sources. B. A writ order of direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to award full marks for questions nos. 26,79 and 84 of Booklet series DG3 to the petitioners, and to re-evaluate their answer sheet of the combined Junior Assistant Junior Clerk, and Assistant Level III mains examination (PA 03.07.2022) held 29.06.2025 and 13.12.2025 accordingly." 2. It is argued by Sri Siddharth Singhal, learned counsel for the respondents that though petitioner no.2 has participated in the typing test on 13.12.2025 results of which was declared on 26.02.2026 but this fact has deliberately and willfully not disclosed by the petitioner no.2 in the present writ petition. 3. At this point of time, a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to dismiss present writ petition as not pressed with liberty to file fresh writ petition.
