Affidavits of service filed on behalf of the petitioner are taken on record. 2. During course of hearing it is submitted on behalf of petitioner that her father namely Gunadhar Khanra during investigation of Arambagh Police Station Case No. 339 of 2026 dated 9th July, 2026 is taken into custody. Therefore, present writ petition becomes infructuous as prayer is made in this writ petition for quashment of criminal prosecution and not to take coercive steps against father of the petitioner. 2 3. Hence, present writ petition is not interfered with and same stands dismissed. 4. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach appropriate forum in pursuit of remedy, if so advised. In Re:-WPA 13567 of 2026 5. In view of order passed by this Court in WPA 16924 of 2026 no further order need be passed in the writ petition being WPA 13567 of 2026 where said Gunadhar Khanra is petitioner no. 1. It needs to be recorded herein that writ petition being WPA 13567 of 2026 pertains to another criminal prosecution being Arambagh Police Station Case No. 277 of 2026 dated 12th June, 2026. As said Gunadhar Khanra is in custody the writ petition being WPA 13567 of 2026 is also dismissed. 6.
