CORAM: HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE P SREE SUDHA
ORAL ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo to withdraw the petition, which reads follows:
" MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL OF WP/17263/2025 FILED ON 02.06.2025 The Petitioner respectfully submits this Writ Petition seeking leave to withdraw, and states as follows:
1. The Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition seeking to set aside the order dated 03.05.2025 passed on I.A. No. 19 without further interaction with the minor children on 13.06.2025, in the interest of justice and equity.
2. That by order dated 03.05.2025, The Ld. Vth Addl Family Court, in its impugned order, directed "to keep the presence of the children before the court by 13.06.2025"; however, the said direction no longer survives, the specified date having elapsed, and is therefore rendered infructuous.
3. The relief sought in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and the Petitioner respectfully seeks leave to withdraw the same, as the date 13.06.2025 has elapsed and the direction contained in the order dated 03.05.2025 no longer survives for consideration; further, by recent order dated 10.04.2026 in W.P. Nos. 4087/2026 and 5393/2026, the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka, while considering the Petitioner's petitions, has
directed adherence to the Child Access and Custody Guidelines and the Parenting Plan, 2025, particularly with regard to facilitating meaningful access, avoiding unnecessary summoning of minor children, and ensuring timely consideration of interlocutory applications, as set out above."
