Petitioner Muruli T has filed the instant petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of the FIR No.630 dated 26.11.2024, registered under Sections 111(2), 111(3), 111(4), 111(5), 318(4), 319(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) of the BNS read with Section 12(1) of the Passports Act, 1967, at Police Station City Jagadhari, District Yamuna Nagar. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly concedes that a petition i.e. CRM-M-13471-2026, filed by co-accused Kalvi Ashoka for quashing of FIR in question could not succeed and the same was dismissed vide order dated 18.03.2026. He submits that the arguments recorded in the present case are the same as were recorded in the case of co-accused Kalvi MAMTA MALHOTRA 2026.07.17 14:58 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment Chandigarh CRM-M-13241-2026 2 Ashoka. However, he is not in a position to challenge the findings recorded by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.03.2026. 3. Copy of the said order is taken on record and the same is perused. 4. Since, it being conceded position that the issues addressed in the aforesaid petition for quashing of FIR in question, filed by co-accused Kalvi Ashoka are the same which are raised by the petitioner’s counsel in the present case and to maintain judicial propriety, it would be in all fairness to not to differ with the view, already taken by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. Otherwise also, nothing much is addressed by the petitioner. 5. Therefore, the present petition is also dismissed on the grounds already recorded by the Coordinate Bench of this Court its order dated 18.03.2026, passed in the aforesaid petition i.e. CRM-M-13471-2026.
