Heard Mr.Himanshu Sihag through video conferencing and Mr.Rishabh Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr.Sumit Singh, learned Deputy Advocate General appearing for respondent No.1/State. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with the following prayers :- “1. Allow this petition and quash FIR No. 0115/2025 dated 18.07.2025, registered under Sections 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Bhatgaon, District Sarangarh- Bilaigarh, Chhattisgarh, quash the Charge Sheet No. 12/2026 dated 13.02.2026 and quash the Criminal Proceeding i.e. Criminal Case No. 656/2026 against the present petitioner and all consequential and incidental proceedings arising therefrom; 2. Issue any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice.” 3. Mr.Himanshu Sihag, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner through video conferencing submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties and he has annexed the copy of compromise deed dated 19.12.2025 at pages 196 to 197 of the 3 petition. 4. In view of the above, the parties are directed to appear before the concerned Magistrate before whom the matter is sub-judice. The concerned Magistrate shall verify whether a valid compromise has been entered into between the parties. Thereafter, the Magistrate shall pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the original compromise deed. 5. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of original compromise deed before the concerned Magistrate within a period of two weeks. 6.
