JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER 1. The petitioners in this Writ Petition are assailing the order dated 30.01.2024 (Annexure-H) passed by the respondent No.2 in R.P.No.31/2023 confirming the order dated 30.08.2023 in RE.AA/45/2021-22(Annexure-F) passed by the respondent No.3. 2. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on careful consideration of the material on record, would indicate that suit in O.S.No.49/2011 came to be decreed in favour of the petitioners herein, however, the same has been challenged before this Court in RFA No.1241/2020. In that view of the matter, it is open for the petitioners to approach the revenue authorities after the conclusion of the proceedings in RFA No.1241/2020. 3. It is also submitted by learned counsel for respondent Nos.6 and 7 that O.S.No.74/2021 is pending consideration before the competent Civil Court with respect to the subject land in question and the petitioners herein are arrayed as - 5 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010305772025 NC: 2026:KHC:36993 WP No. 13462 of 2025 defendant No.8(b) and 8(c) in the said suit. In that view of the matter, I am of the view that, no interference is called for in this Writ Petition. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. 5. However, it is open for the petitioners to approach the competent authority after the conclusion of the matter in RFA No.1241/2020 by this Court and in O.S.No.74/2021, pending consideration before the competent Civil Court.
