1. At the very outset, Mr. Ramakant Mishra, learned Additional Solicitor General of India appearing for the respondents/Union of India, would submit that the respondents have appointed an Arbitral Tribunal for adjudication of the dispute involved in this writ petition.
2. In light of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the respondents, Mr. Abhishek Vinod Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to raise the dispute involved in this writ petition before that Tribunal.
3. The prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is fair and reasonable.
