Hon’ble Shri Justice Naresh Kumar Chandravanshi, J Order on Board (12th August, 2026) Grievance of the petitioner in the instant petition is that in a criminal MJC No.126/2019, A. Rajni and another Vs. A. Santosh, pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg, respondent No.7 A. Rajni filed a false affidavit stating therein incorrect fact in respect of her post and monthly salary. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that respondent No.7 is working as Lecturer and posted at Higher Secondary School, Bharar, Block-Patan, Distt. Durg. The petitioner has filed a representation dated 19.12.2022 (Annexure P/7) before the respondent authorities for taking appropriate action by conducting departmental enquiry against respondent No.7 for filing aforesaid false affidavit before the Court, but the same has not been decided yet. He submits that at this stage, this petition may be disposed of directing respondent No.3/District Education Officer, Durg to decide the representation dated 3 19.12.2022 (Annexure P/7) at the earliest. 03. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents/State has no objection to the aforesaid prayer of the petitioner. 04. On due consideration, the limited prayer made by the petitioner is allowed. Consequently, without entering into merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, under whose control respondent No.7 was posted at the fateful time, to decide the representation dated 19.12.2022 (Annexure P/7) filed by the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. However, liberty is also granted to the petitioner to file copy of this representation (Annexure P/7) before respondent No.3 along with copy of this order for compliance thereof. 05. With the aforesaid direction, the instant petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s). 06. Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
