The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the suit in O.S. No.52 of 2007, pending on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Hosur. As seen from the Civil Revision Petition, the stage of the suit is for framing of additional issues. According to the petitioner, several adjournments have been granted for framing of additional issues. The suit is of the year 2007 and is a partition suit. 3.
