He recorded that three candidates withdrew their candidature in favour of the present petitioner, whereas it is evident from Annexure P-1, i.e. the order passed by the Collector, that the candidature of Sarabjit Singh son of Sulakhan Singh and Harpreet Singh son of Mahinder Singh was withdrawn in favour of Manpreet Singh son of Joginder Singh.
