Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already submitted their representation before the Respondent No.5 against the grievances raised in this writ petition which is still pending consideration, therefore, direction may be issued to the Respondent No.5 to take decision on the representation at the earliest. 3. Learned State counsel submits that as petitioners are not pressing this petition on merits and are only seeking a direction to decide the representation to be submitted by petitioners, at this stage, she is having no objection to the limited prayer. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents available on record. 5. On due consideration the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No.5 to take decision on pending representation of the petitioners (Annexure P/1) dated 03.07.2025 in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt copy of this order. 6.
