1. Heard.
2. By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs : 10.1 That the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ/order/direction, call for the entire records pertaining to the present case from the Respondent authorities for its kind perusal. 10.2 That the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ/order/direction quashing impugned Communication dated 24.06.2026 (ANNEXURE P-1), issued by the Respondent University, since the same is also without jurisdiction and suffers from ambiguity. 10.3 That the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ/order/direction to the respondent university, directing them to confer affiliation to the petitioner institute to conduct the Diploma / Polytechnic as per the AICTE approval. 10.4 That the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ/order/direction to the respondent university to allow the petitioner to participate in counseling for academic session 2026-2027 for the Diploma / Polytechnic as per the AICTE approval.
3 10.5 Costs of the petition. 10.6 Any other relief(s), directions(s), which Hon’ble the Court deems fit, and proper, in the circumstances of the case.

Mr. Neeraj Choubey, learned counsel for Respondent No.2/University submits that in order to afford a proper opportunity of hearing, the University issued a letter dated 7.8.2026, directing the Petitioner-Institution to submit its explanation within 15 days from the date of issuance thereof. He submits that the said notice was duly served upon the petitioner.
4. In reply, Mr.Karthik Kathuriya, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said letter was not received by the petitioner and a copy thereof has been supplied to the petitioner for the first time today.
5. Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Respondent- University is directed to grant a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner-Institution and thereafter, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The Petitioner-Institution shall file its appropriate reply/explanation within a period of 15 days from today.
6. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the Petition is finally
disposed of. Sd/-
