There is nothing on record to suggest that the petitioner participated in the fresh selection process. 5. Without participating in the selection process, the petitioner cannot expect her to be permitted to participate in the process of counselling. 6. In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant case. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. 2 7.
