The copy of the said order is kept on record and marked with the letter “X”. 2. A copy of the said Office Order which is kept on record and marked with the letter “X” be handed over to Mrs. R.S. Deuri, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner during the course of the day. 3. Mrs. R.S. Deuri, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be well advised to withdraw the instant writ petition with a liberty to re- file challenging the Office Order dated 24.04.2025. 4. Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition therefore stands closed on withdrawal. 5. Liberty, however, is given to the petitioner to re-file challenging the order dated 24.04.2025.
