1. The petitioner is aggrieved that the electricity has not been given to him despite repeated request.
2. The counsel for the Electricity Department, Mr. S.C.Mishra submits that an inspection was held at the petitioner’s premises and it was found that the earthing and existing wiring are insufficient to give an electricity connection to the petitioner.
3. The Junior Engineer of the respondents shall communicate in writing to the writ petitioner immediately upon receipt of a copy of this order the changes and upgradation needed at the petitioner’s premises.
4. The petitioner shall thereafter provide infrastructure for meter board. If there is obstruction from any corner, the Station House Officer, Ograbraj Police Station shall assist the respondents in any further inspection that may have to be conducted for the purpose of compliance of Court’s order.
5. It is expected that the aforesaid process is completed by the electricity department within a month from date.

6. The petitioner shall comply with the requisitions of the Junior Engineer and communicate the same to the respondents whereupon the electricity connection shall be furnished by the respondents to the petitioner.
7. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands
disposed of without any order as to costs.
8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this
order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
