The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly. 3. Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in para 6(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.11135 of 2026 dated 29.04.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. 4.
