1. Instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, seeking quashing of FIR No. 20 dated, dated 04.03.2022, under Sections 7 & 8 of Prevention of Corruption Act, and Sections 21, 29, 59, 61, 85 of NDPS Act, registered at Plice Sation Jhabal, District Taran Taran (Annexure P-1); challan under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. dated 06.04.2022; supplementary challan under Section 193 of BNSS dated 07.02.2025 (Annexure P-3); chargesheet dated 15.05.2023 (Annexure P-4); amended chargesheet dated 27.02.2024 (Annexure P-5), and all consequential proceedings arising out of impugned FIR(Annexure P-1), on the basis of compromise dated 31.05.2025 (Annexure P-2).
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since petitioners have already been acquitted, the present petition has been rendered infructous, and the same may be disposed of as such.
3. In view of the statement made by learned counsel, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
