It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner, who is claiming regularization/approval of her service against 1st post of Lecturer in Zology in Khemundi College, Digapahandi in the district of Ganjam as per Grant-in-Aid Order, 1994, that her claim is similar to the case of the Respondent in FAO No.509 of 2014, which has been disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 19th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court. 4. It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioner that her representation under Annexure-4 may be considered by the appropriate authority.
