Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 27.01.2026 before the 1st and 2nd respondents, to conduct election to the Jamath Committee of Periya Pallivasal @ Ahle Hadees Pallivasal Waqf, situated at G.S.No.201/TVLR, Poonamallee at Tiruvallur District. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Ms.N.Swathi Priya Raj, learned Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 27.01.2026 will be considered within a period of twelve weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
