1. By way of filing this criminal misc. petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned order by which a cognizance has been taken against the petitioner.
2. This Court directed the Registrar (Judicial) to get the status report of the trial pending before the Court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate No.15, Chaksu Jaipur Metropolitan I.
3. Pursuant to the aforesaid order, the concerned Court has intimated this Court that the petitioner has already been acquitted in a criminal case after trial.
4. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, now no cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with the

5. Accordingly, the instant criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
