This is the 4rst bail application 4led under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested 22-2-2026 in connection with Crime No.16 of 2026 registered in Police Station Bhakhara, District Dhamtari (C.G.) for o:ence punishable under Sections 64(2)(m) of BNSS 2023 and Sections 4 & 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual O:ences Act, 2012. 3. Leaned counsel for the applicant seeks permision of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to 4le a fresh bail petition after some material witnesses are exmined. 4.
