The petitioner has filed the second petition under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 (Section 439 of Cr.PC) with a prayer to grant the concession of interim regular bail to him for a period of 12 weeks in the case FIR No. 180, dated 01.11.2025, under Section 18, 20, 27, 29 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Anandpur Sahib, District Rupnagar (Annexure P-1). 2. The petition with same relief was filed by the petitioner and it was dismissed by this Court by passing a detailed speaking order on 08.07.2026. 3. Consequently, the present petition is not maintainable before this Court and the same is ordered to be dismissed. 4. Ordered accordingly.
