Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are before this Court in this writ petition as the Tribunal has refused to consider the interim prayer of the petitioners to stay Annexure-A7 – Recruitment notification dated 06.06.2025. It is submitted that in pursuance to Annexure-A7 dated 06.06.2025, Interview Committee has been formed and the candidates have been called for interview. It is submitted that if the appointment in pursuance to vacancy notification dated 06.06.2025 is permitted to be proceeded, cases of the petitioners for promotion would be affected. Therefore, it is prayed to stay the further proceedings in pursuance to Recruitment notification dated 06.06.2025. 3. Learned Central Government Counsel for respondent No.2 – Board would submit that the petitioners’ grievance is non-consideration of their cases for promotion or under Career Advancement Scheme. For consideration of their cases for promotion or under Career - 6 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010494592026 NC: 2026:KHC:37679-DB WP No. 22217 of 2026 Advancement Scheme, direct recruitment need not be stalled. Thus, she would pray for dismissal of the writ petition. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the entire writ petition papers, we are not inclined to interfere with the order dated 07.08.2025 passed in O.A.No.391/2025 by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Bangalore Bench, Bengaluru and we are not inclined to stay the Recruitment notification dated 06.06.2025 (Annexure-A7). 5. Annexure-A7 is the recruitment notification issued to fill up the direct recruitment vacancy, whereas from the O.A., it is seen that the grievance of the petitioners is non-consideration of their cases for promotion or under Career Advancement Scheme. If the petitioners’ cases is to be considered for promotion or under Career Advancement Scheme, it is not necessary to stay or stall the direct recruitment process. On the other hand, it would hamper the regular recruitment and administrative work. 6. For the above reason, we decline to interfere and accordingly writ petition stands rejected.
