This criminal revision has been preferred by the applicants under Section 438 read with Section 442 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, assailing the order dated 20.02.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge Ramanujganj, District- Balrampur- Ramanujganj (C.G.) in Sessions Case No. 158/2025, whereby charges have been framed against the applicants for offence punishable under Section 80(2)/3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the applicants would submit that the instant revision petition may kindly be disposed of granting liberty to the applicants to raise all their defence before the trial Court including their non- involvement in the crime in question. 3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the applicants, the instant revision petition is disposed of granting aforesaid liberty in favour of the applicants. 4. However, the trial Court is directed to consider the same and conclude the trial in accordance with law without being influence from disposal of the instant revision petition.
