Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the local police is in collusion with the accused persons. 3. Notice of motion. 4. Mr. Rakesh Kumar Jangra, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and submits that the investigation is near completion and that the final report shall be presented before the Court shortly. 5.
