By the present writ petition, the petitioner, resting other prayers, confines his prayer only to relief clause 10.2, seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to consider and decide his pending representation dated 31.07.2026 (Annexure P/6) submitted before respondent No.2 for revocation of his suspension. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Lab Assistant under the respondent department. He submits that on 15.07.2026, the petitioner was allegedly assaulted by respondent No.4 and Lecturer Ijharul Huqe, pursuant to which an FIR was lodged; however, the petitioner alone was placed under suspension on the same day. It is further submitted that despite the representation dated 31.07.2026 seeking revocation of suspension, no decision has been taken thereon till date. It is, therefore, prayed that the present writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to consider and decide his pending representation. 3. Learned State counsel would submit that if the representation submitted by the petitioner is still pending consideration, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, within the stipulated time. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into account the submissions made by learned State counsel, this writ petition is disposed of with a 3 direction to the respondent No.2/District Education Officer, Balrampur, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.) to consider and decide the petitioner’s pending representation dated 31.07.2026 (Annexure P/6) for revocation of his suspension, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
