Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. representing the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer for expeditious disposal of S.T. No. 439 of 2025 (State Vs. Atul Kumar and others), arising out of Crime No. 161 of 2024, under Sections 376, 328, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Phoolpur, District Prayagraj, pending in the court of A.D.J./F.T.C.-I, Prayagraj, within stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant apprised this Court that the aforesaid case is pending since 2025 before the concerned trial court and the same has not culminated to its logical conclusion. 4. Learned A.G.A. states that no useful purpose would be served in issuing notice to opposite party Nos. 2 to 5 and he has no objection if the matter be expedited in the interest of justice. 5. In view of the above, it is directed that the learned trial court concerned shall make all endeavour to decide the Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Vimal Srivastava Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Deepika Rao .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. And 4 Others .....Opposite Party(s) case expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. 6.
