This common order shall dispose of the aforementioned civil writ petitions as they arise from a similar factual matrix. However, for the sake of brevity, the facts are taken from CWP-20455-2026. 2. The present civil writ petition(s) has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner(s) with all consequential benefits who initially joined as TGT (Guest Teacher) but despite serving for 20 years, the respondents have not regularized the service of the petitioner(s). Further, for issuance of directions to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 11.05.2026 (Annexure P-7) in light of the notification dated 18.06.2014 (Annexure P-4). 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) has limited his prayer to the extent that the present petitions individually be treated as a comprehensive representation(s) and the same be decided in a time bound manner by passing a speaking order after affording the petitioner(s) an opportunity of being heard. 4. State of Haryana and another decided on 27.05.2026 and pass a speaking order after affording them an opportunity to be heard, within a period of 03 months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order. Further, the decision taken thereof shall be conveyed to the petitioner(s).
