The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is that, Respondent No.2 has failed to effect the khatha in terms of the final decree proceedings passed in FDP Nos.3/2007 and 3/2008 on the file of the First Additional Civil Judge and JMFC, Kanakapura. Having heard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, Respondent No.2 is directed to consider the case of the petitioner for effecting the khatha in terms of the final decree proceedings in FDP Nos. 3/2007 and 3/2008, along with the sketch appended thereto, as referred to in the letter dated 07.01.2020 (Annexure-C to the writ petition), and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While considering the petitioners' case, respondent No. 3 shall not insist upon the production of 11E sketch, as the said sketch has already been prepared and produced before the Court in the final decree proceedings.
