The present contempt petition has been filed alleging defiance of the order dated 24/07/2025 passed by this Court in WPC No.3907/2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain construction activities have been commenced over the land in question, despite the order of status quo passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 3907 of 2025 dated 24.07.2025. 3. However, upon perusal of the pleadings in the contempt proceedings, it appears that the learned counsel for the petitioner has not pleaded that respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are raising any construction over the land in question. 4. In view of the aforesaid, and in the absence of any clear and specific pleadings or allegations against the proposed contemnors in the present contempt petition, the petition is misconceived. There is no specific allegation against the present contemnors warranting initiation of contempt proceedings. 5. Accordingly, the present contempt proceeding is dismissed.
