The petitioner has filed the present writ application being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the deletion of her name from the voter list, the petitioner had preferred an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal. 2. The Appellate Tribunal has issued a notice on May 6, 2026 for hearing on May 12, 2026. On May 12, 2026, the petitioner has appeared before the learned Tribunal and submitted all the documents and the learned Tribunal has fixed the matter for orders. In the meantime, the police authorities are harassing the petitioner and as such, the petitioner has filed the present writ application praying for disposal of the appeal as early as possible. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the ECI submits that the learned Tribunal has already heard the petitioner and the petitioner has submitted documents and the learned Tribunal will pass appropriate order as early as possible. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, WPA 14999 of 2026 is 2 disposed of with the request to the Appellate Tribunal to pass appropriate order if the appeal filed by the petitioner as early as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from date of receipt of this order.
