This appeal is directed against judgment and order dated 28.02.2025 rendered by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar in Family Suit No.348 of 2022. By the said judgment, respondent’s suit for divorce was decreed on the ground of desertion. 4. Mr. Krishan Kumar Verma, learned counsel for appellant submits that appellant has instructed not to press the Appeal, as appellant is no more interested in pursuing the matter. He further submits that today an application seeking withdrawal of the Appeal has been filed in the Registry, which has not been indicated in the Cause List. 5. Mr. R.P. Nautiyal, learned senior counsel for respondents endorses the said statement made by learned counsel for appellant and submits that copy of 2026:UHC:2172-DB withdrawal application with affidavit, was served upon him today. 6.
