This Court, vide order dated 15.10.2025 passed in FA(MAT) No.363/2025, while disposing of the appeal, had directed the learned 1st Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur (C.G.) to make an earnest endeavour to decide HMA Case No.454/2024 (Amit Kumar Jalan Vs. The learned 1st Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur (C.G.), vide his request letter dated 17.02.2026, has prayed for grant of some more time for disposal of the aforesaid case. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that despite earnest efforts being made by the learned Family Court for expeditious disposal of the matter, the case could not be concluded within the stipulated period. Therefore, a request has been made for grant of further time to decide the case. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. Accordingly, the concerned Family Court is granted further time of four months from today to decide HMA Case No.454/2024 (Amit Kumar Jalan Vs. Rita Kumari Kanpdoua) in accordance with law. 6. Accordingly, the present MCC stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the Family Court concerned for necessary information and compliance.
