1. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
2. The challenge in this petition is to an order permitting the withdrawal of an application under Section 36 of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950.
3. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Respondent-trustees have created third party rights in the trust property before withdrawal of the application.
