Since the impugned orders under challenge in all the connected writ petitions are identical, the writ petitions are being heard and decided together by this common order. 2. The grievance of the petitioners is that while passing the impugned transfer orders, the provisions contained in 6 Clauses 3.15 and 4.1 of the Transfer Policy have not been taken into consideration and the transfer orders have been issued in violation thereof. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in terms of Clause 8 of the Transfer Policy, the petitioners have already submitted representations dated 05.08.2026 and 06.08.2026 before the competent authority, which are presently pending consideration. 4. Learned State counsel submits that, if the representations submitted by the petitioners are pending consideration, the same may be directed to be considered and decided within a stipulated period. 5. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the grievance raised by the petitioners, the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the Committee constituted under the Transfer Policy to consider the representations dated 05.08.2026 and 06.08.2026 submitted by the petitioners, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Transfer Policy, and pass a reasoned and speaking order thereon within a period of twenty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case, and the Committee shall consider the representations independently and strictly in accordance with law. 7. With the aforesaid direction, all the connected writ petitions stand disposed of. Sd/- (Bibhu Datta Guru) Judge Shoaib
