Mr. Somesh Kumar Ghosh, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous since the petitioner’s prayer for mutual transfer has already been granted. The petitioner does not intend to proceed further with the present writ petition. He files a copy of the mutual transfer order dated 7th February, 2026 issued by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education which is taken on record. He seeks for appropriate orders. 2. Learned Advocates for the respondents leave the matter to the discretion of the Court. 3. In view of such submission, the writ petition being WPA 27926 of 2025 stands dismissed being infructuous. 2 4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 5. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. 6. There shall be no order as to costs. 7.
