1. The petitioner has called in question the order dated 19.07.2024 passed by respondent No.2 as well as the consequential recovery proceedings initiated against the petitioner pursuant thereto.
2. The controversy involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the common order dated 30.07.2026 passed by this Court in WPS No.6505/2024 and connected matters, whereby the challenge to the corrigendum dated 25.06.2024 and the consequential action for refixation of pay and recovery of excess payment has already been considered and rejected.
3. In view of the aforesaid judgment, no separate consideration is required in the present writ petition. The petitioner has failed to establish any enforceable right to claim three advance increments contrary to the governing statutory framework.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed in terms of the common order dated 30.07.2026 passed in WPS No.6505/2024 and connected matters.
5. Consequently, any interim order operating in favour of the petitioner shall stand vacated. Sd/- Sd/- (BIBHU DATTA GURU)
