Issue a writ of Mandamus, pending disposal of writ petition, direct 2nd Respondent/Commissioner of Police to withdraw the investigating in FIR No. 0337/2024 from the present investigating and entrust the same to another competent not below the rank of ACP/DySP. b. Direct the investigating agency to secure and examine: o RTO records; o VRL Logistics Ltd. records; o bank account statements; o ATM transaction details; o electronic evidence; o and any other material relevant to the investigation. c. Direct the respondents to file a status report before this Hon'ble Court within a time fixed by the Court. d. Pass such other order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interests of justice. 2. Learned Additional Government Advocate on instructions, submits that the investigation is more or less complete. The Investigating Officer is awaiting the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) report, which is expected in 15 (fifteen) days' time. Thereafter, the necessary final report would be filed. 4. The said submission answers the grievance of the petitioner by directing the Director of the Forensic Science Laboratory to ensure that there is expeditious dispatch of the report in the above matter. 5.
