The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barhi P.S. Case No. 269 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 87 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the misconception, the case has been lodged and subsequently, it was found that the girl has gone to another place on her own volition. He next submits that the informant has filed a petition before the learned court stating therein that in the misconception, the case has been lodged against the petitioner. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State submits that the allegations are there of taking away the minor girl. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the informant submits that in the misconception and due to instigation of the villagers, the case has been lodged. 5.
