JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER In Crl.R.P.No.1432/2024 The petitioner and the respondent and their respective counsel have filed memo of settlement dated 11.08.2025 held before the Mediation Centre. In terms of the settlement, out of compensation of Rs.9,57,620/-, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.4,79,500/- before the Trial Court which was withdrawn by the respondent and the respondent has acknowledged the receipt of the said amount. The petitioner has agreed to pay the remaining amount of Rs.4,77,810/- to the respondent on or before 17.11,2025 either by way of online transfer or by way of DD. The respondent has agreed for the same. Accordingly, paid and acknowledged the same. 2. In view of settlement arrived between the parties, the agreement is accepted wherein already agreed to make the payment on or before 17.11.2025 and also made the payment of Rs.4,77,810/- as agreed. In view of the same, the revision petition is disposed of. In Crl.R.P.No.1439/2024 4. The petitioner and the respondent and their respective counsel have filed memo of settlement dated 11.08.2025 held before the Mediation Centre. The petitioner has agreed to pay the remaining amount of Rs.2,45,000/- to the respondent on or before 17.11,2025 either by way of online transfer or by way of DD. Both parties have no claims to each other and prayed this Court to pass an appropriate orders in terms of the settlement. 6. In view of settlement arrived between the parties, the agreement is accepted wherein already agreed to make the payment on or before 17.11.2025 and also made the payment of Rs.2,45,000/- as agreed. In view of the same, the revision petition is disposed of. 7. The petitioner is directed to pay the fine of Rs.2,000/- in each case, which shall vest with the State, as ordered by the Trial Court within two weeks from today and directed to produce the receipt for having paid the said fine amount in the registry within one week thereafter.
