In view of the seizure already effected and if there are no further seizures made in connection with the instant case, learned trial court would release the petitioner on bail after the charge sheet is filed before the learned jurisdictional Court. With the aforesaid observations, CRM (NDPS) 1429 of 2026 is dismissed.
