Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents in this civil revision petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with by this Court. 3. According to the petitioners, the 1st plaintiff in the suit died as early as in the year 2024. Till date, no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased. According to the petitioners, the suit ought to have been dismissed as abated. However, till date, the suit is yet to be disposed of by the trial court. 4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if a direction is issued to the trial court, namely the District Munsif-cum- Judicial Magistrate Court, Edappadi to dispose of O.S.No.70 of 2022, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
