1. Heard Mr. Chandradeep Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Sangharsh Pandey, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the State/respondents No. 1 & 2 and Mr. Anmol Gupta, learned counsel holding the brief of Ms. Vaishali Jaswani,
learned counsel, appearing for respondent No. 3.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer:
“It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the records, if necessary, admit the petition and after hearing parties in the matter allow the present petition and quash the FIR bearing No. 225 of 2022 dated 16.04.2022 registered at P.S. Civil Lines, District Raipur under Sections 420 and 468 of the IPC so far as it relates to the petitioners herein and to grant any other relief which the petitioners are entitled to.”

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in the present case, the charge-sheet has already been filed before the learned trial Court. Since the present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the FIR, he prays that the petition be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioners to avail such other remedy as may be available to them in accordance with law.
