Affidavit of service filed be kept with the record. 2. The revisional application has been preferred by the wife/petitioner praying for transfer of Act VIII Case no.30 of 2024 under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure from the Court of learned District Judge, Nadia at Krishnanagar to the Court of the learned District Judge, Purba Bardhaman. 3. It is the case of the petitioner/wife that she resides with her child at Katwa Beganepara, Post Office and Police Station-Katwa, District Purba Bardhaman, Pin-713130. (ordinary place of residence of the child) 4. On the other hand the husband/opposite party resides at Choto Chandghar, Post Office-Bara Chandghar, Police Station-Kaliganj, District- Nadia, Pin-741156. 2 5. Considering that the ordinary place of residence of the child is at Katwa, Purba Bardhaman this Court relying upon its order dated 27.03.2026 passed in CO 4128 of 2024, Shantilal Sharma v. Susant Vyas @ Sushanta Vyas & Ors. directs that Act VIII Case no. 30 of 2024 be withdrawn from the Court of learned District Judge, Nadia at Krishnanagar and be transferred to the Court of the learned Additional District Judge, Katwa, Purba Bardhaman. 6. The learned Additional District Judge, Katwa Purba Bardhaman, shall proceed with the suit in accordance with law with due notice upon both the parties. 7. Keeping in mind the case of the opposite party herein, the learned Additional District Judge, Katwa, Purba Bardhaman, shall be at liberty to permit the parties to appear virtually, if such prayer is made. 8. C.O. 1788 of 2026 stands disposed of. 9. Parties to act on the server copy of this order. 10. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Court for immediate compliance. (Shampa Dutt (Paul), J.)
