This Misc. Appeal under Order 43 Rule 1(r) of the Code of Civil Procedure has been preferred against the order dated 20.04.2022 passed by the learned Fourth Upper District Judge, Raipur in Civil Suit No.19A/2022 (Rajkumar Vs. Kanhaiya Kurre and others), whereby, learned trial Court has allowed the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 read with Section 151 CPC filed by the plaintiff/respondent No.1 and passed temporary injunction against the appellant. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellants/defendants would submit that, at this juncture, this appeal may be disposed of directing the concerned trial Court to decide the civil suit at the earliest and till then status quo may be maintained by the parties. 3. Learned counsel for respondent No.1/plaintiff stated no objection to above limited prayer. 4. Having considered the aforesaid contention made by learned counsel for the parties, particularly considering the prayer of learned counsel for the appellant, without entering into merits of the case, this appeal is disposed of. However, the concerned trial Court is directed to decide the aforesaid civil suit as early as possible preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
