Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 3. By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, initially, an order was passed by this Court in WP.No.29075 of 2024 on 03.10.2024. However, the said order was not at all implemented by the respondents. Thus, a representation dated 03.12.2024 was filed by the petitioner for implementation of the said order. 5. Hence, he requests this Court to grant liberty to challenge the said rejection order passed by the respondents. 6. In view of the above, it is clear that nothing survives in this petition. Therefore, this writ petition is closed.
