Through the present petition, the petitioner impugns the judgment Annexure P-5 dated 07.04.2026 by which an order dated 05.05.2024 passed by the concerned Magistrate thereby summoning the respondents No.2 and 3 as additional accused under Section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 was reversed. 2. As per the allegations made by the petitioner against the said respondents, when the occurrence in question was taking place, they came out of their house and abused as well as threatened him. The said aspect of the matter has been dealt with by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar in minute details.
