Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed seeking pre-arrest bail of the petitioner in connection with C.T. Case No.917 of 2025 pending in the file of learned JMFC (R), Balasore arising out of Remuna P.S. Case No.213 of 2025 on the grounds stated. 3. This Court by order in ABLAPL No.14359 of 2025 at Annexure-2 had directed release of the petitioner on bail upon his surrender within the stipulated period, however, subject to verification and absence of antecedent of similar nature. It is submitted to the Court by learned counsel for the petitioner that the present accused is having one antecedent but not similar in nature. It is submitted that the petitioner apprehends remand in case he surrenders for having an antecedent against him p. 2 registered as Remuna P.S. Case No.131 dated 3rd August, 2024. Recorded the objection of the State and considering the above facts and submissions of learned counsels for both the sides and as there was an order in the ABLAPL, this Court in absence of any such similar antecedent against the petitioner, directs him to surrender before the learned court below for being released on bail with conditions imposed. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. In the event, the petitioner surrenders before the court of learned JMFC (R), Balasore within a fortnight from today, it is directed that he shall be released on bail in connection with C.T. Case No.917 of 2025 corresponding to Remuna P.S. Case No.213 of 2025 with such other conditions imposed by the court concerned as deemed just and proper and in the facts and circumstances of the case besides the following, such as, he shall attend the PS and to report the I.O for the purpose of investigation as and when called upon till the same is concluded, while on bail. 6.
