Mr. Pooran Singh Bisht, learned Chief Standing Counsel, on instructions, informed to this Court that the order dated 21.11.2023, passed in Writ Petition (PIL) No.199 of 2023, “Faeem Ahmad vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others”, is being complied with letter and spirit. 4. He has shown the report of the Mining Officer also, wherein, it is clearly mentioned that no mining activity is going on in the river bank Fika of Tehsil, Jaspur, District Udham Singh Nagar and the instant contempt petition is completely misconceived. 5. This Court also perused the instructions of the Mining Officer of District Udham Singh Nagar and the same is also 2026:UHC:2159 placed on record. 6.
