This is an application under Section 430 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for suspension of sentence and for allowing the applicant to remain on previous bail. 3. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 4. Since the connected appeal has been admitted for hearing, the sentence imposed upon the applicant Vijay Kumar Gupta by the learned Special Judge, CBI, Assam, Guwahati by judgment dated 15.12.2025 in Special Case No.3/2020 shall remain suspended till disposal of the appeal.
